Add a meshtasticd config for the Luckfox Pico Max with the Waveshare Pico LoRa SX1262 TCXO HAT. Tested on hardware with successful SX1262 init, broadcast, and direct messaging.

Adds a meshtasticd config for the Luckfox Pico Max with the Waveshare Pico LoRa SX1262 TCXO HAT.
Tested on hardware. SX1262 init succeeds, broadcast works, and direct messages work.
