It is an empty file apparently created when meson downloads wrap subprojects, but why does it remain there? Should I delete it? Should I add it to my git repository? Should I add it to .gitignore? |

It remains there because it is used together with file-locking system calls. Removing it would be racy. You can add it to .gitignore. |
