Removed all jQuery. Isotope can now be used with vanilla JS
- Switched out jQuery animation for CSS transitions
Build with dependencies: Outlayer v1, Masonry v3 etc
Moved layout modes into their own files/projects
Added unit tests
Build pkgd.js with Grunt
Removed Isotope CSS code
