IDBots v0.8.0

New

  • DSH 0.1.5 session format. Sessions migrate to the new 0.1.5 durable catalog — subagent lineage survives restarts, volatile context trails correctly on kernel-opening prompts, and legacy v0 session data is swept for abort causes before migration so old sessions keep opening cleanly.
  • Plan mode via /plan. Type /plan in the composer to switch the kernel into plan mode (the toolbar chip is gone); plan review runs in a dedicated modal, and the plan-mode chip shows on standard sessions only.
  • Model-facing file search. The agent can now glob/grep your project through the DSH file-search tool — no more full-file reads just to find one symbol.
  • Stock guard rails. Repeat-tool reminders and tool-call timeouts keep runaway loops from burning a session.

Fixes

  • Group-task reliability (GT#72). Deadline arming now reads each member's own dispatch clause (no cross-member deadline bleed), an ACK that lands just before a re-mention satisfies the new watch retroactively, and integrity declarations are explicit [CORRECTION] / [HONEST_REPORT] tags instead of prose keywords.
  • Bot Browser. The MetaApp iframe sandbox gains allow-forms; the browser panel clears when its session is archived; browser co-work sessions now appear in Bot Home history.
  • Bots. metabot_create binds the owner identity at creation; the default model reconciles safely when a provider catalog edit removes it; avatar sources normalize to data URLs before sync.
  • UI polish. English copy on bot action proposal cards; status tooltip positioning stabilized.

Upgrade notes: No manual migration is required — the 0.1.5 session-format migration runs automatically on first launch and preserves existing SQLite user data.
