Quality Of Life Improvements:

• Improved Theme Icons
• Improved artwork loading by caching after first load
• Allow Steam Art Manager animated art to load correctly for Heros and App Cards in GPUI application

Game / Launcher Improvements:

• Generalized Eve Online and Assassins Creed Odyssey into a singular flag enabled route, removed old restart toast for Assassins Creed Odyssey
• Red Dead Redemption 2 now runs with D3DMetal / VKD3D
• GTA V now plays with D3DMetal (Online does not work due to BattleEye failure)
• Rockstar launcher now loads without crashing; (Must install from Steam first, then games that use it will run it correctly when launched from Metalsharp)
