Summary

  • Un-ignore .glsl files under contrib/renders/aswf/ and contrib/renders/adsk/ so RefDiffer can compare generated shaders against committed baselines in CI.
  • Scoped .gitignore to only track shader baselines for our two test collections, keeping all other render artifacts (images, logs, old rendertest output) ignored.
  • 372 .glsl files (vertex + pixel shaders) covering all materials collected by test_render.py:
    • aswf/: Examples/StandardSurface, Examples/OpenPbr, Examples/UsdPreviewSurface, TestSuite/pbrlib/bsdf, stdlib/procedural, stdlib/color_management, stdlib/convolution, nprlib
    • adsk/: Fusion materials, Revit materials, adsk_materials

Test plan

  • pytest contrib/tests/test_render.py --no-render passes (all baselines present, RefDiffer clean)
  • Verify baselines match on a clean checkout

Un-ignore .glsl files under contrib/renders/aswf/ and
contrib/renders/adsk/ so RefDiffer can compare generated shaders
against committed baselines in CI.

Covers all materials collected by test_render.py (Examples/StandardSurface,
Examples/OpenPbr, Examples/UsdPreviewSurface, TestSuite/pbrlib/bsdf,
stdlib/procedural, stdlib/color_management, stdlib/convolution, nprlib)
and the Autodesk material library (Fusion, adsk_materials).
