This is ready for review @nachocodoner @italojs please look at this and especially the CI, because I can only provide a basic CI template but I have no access to the final publishing to the blazejs.org website.

I also don't know, whether you guys want to publish it using GitHub pages or other services, such as Netlify.

My unique concern about github pages is the Deploy Previews that ga dot not support, if you know somehow to enable it, I'm fine with GA, otherwise, I prefere mantain Netlify
