Superseded by the rebase onto upstream 1.0.0-beta.5. Every commit here is
present on the new main, re-derived, or deliberately dropped; see
meterup/pascal-editor#12. Kept as a tag rather than in main's ancestry so a
future rebase onto a newer upstream replays only the curated line.
