Scalar cell visuals for planning grids: bullet (actual vs target, with qualitative bands), bar (Excel-style data bar, signed around a common origin), delta (signed change vs a baseline, scaled over the column's changes), and band (forecast cone: min/max envelope with the actual line over it). Plus showValue — a number beside the mark, formatted through the column's own formatter.

Scalar marks take the column-wide domain automatically, since comparing rows is the point. See CHANGELOG.md and docs/RECIPES.md → "Sparklines".
