Overview
Adds new SDK support for deleting sessions and session-templates across dashboard/management/public endpoint variants, including the corresponding *DeleteOutput resource types.

Expands list/query capabilities for portal access management endpoints by adding search and id/consumer_group_id filters, and enhances provider setup-session endpoints with additional filters (created_at/updated_at) plus new create/update fields (identity_id, consumer_id, type). Also updates multiple provider deployment/auth/config resource models to include a status field in outputs.
