Cubic Nextfare MFD

Cubic Nextfare on DESFire is normally distributed as a fully locked card. This is typically used for re-usable cards.
Systems include:
- Breeze silver cards (Atlanta, GA, US)
- Compass (Vancouver, BC, CA)
- PATH SmartLink
- Ventra (Chicago, IL, USA) - reusable cards with 19-digit card numbers (might be a custom Cubic system)
These cards are largely unsupportable.
They have 16 digit serial numbers starting with 0164. This is derived as follows:

|---|---|
| 0 - 3 | Always 0164
|
| 4 - 14 | Bytes 1 - 7 of the card's UID, as big endian integer |
| 15 | Luhn check digit |
