Rename Preferences to Settings throughout wiki, add Isolated Mode page
- Replace all 39 occurrences of 'Preferences' with 'Settings' across
all wiki pages to match the actual app menu label
- Rename Preferences.md to Settings.md
- Create dedicated Isolated-Mode.md with comparison table, use cases,
file paths, and switching instructions
- Add Isolated Mode to sidebar navigation
