Learn about vigilant mode. 
- on x86_64, provide faster (depending on input!) AVX2 and SSE2

  implementations of ansi2html and strip
- AVX2 won't be available in the built executables as those are built
  without "-march=native", but as SSE2 are available on all x86_64, the
  built executables will use SSE2 rather than the "slower" default
  implementation
- bump to latest master for iTerm2 color schemes
