Changes

• Fixed a deadlock when closing the settings window — closing it normally, or reopening it while already open, could hang Sublime Text
• Fixed a crash on first open when the content pane wasn't fully set up yet
• Fixed a NameError crash when editing a JSON-typed setting
• Files opened inside the settings window (e.g. via File → Open Recent) are now redirected to a normal window instead of being discarded
• Commands run from a cmd: link and "View Raw Config" now open in a non-settings window
• Removed the top-level __init__.py, which Sublime Text was loading as a plugin
• Settings UI: Generate Schema no longer reads or writes inside the package directory, so it works correctly when installed as a .sublime-package zip
• Re-running Settings UI while the panel is already open now closes and reopens it, instead of a bring_to_front() that could leave it inaccessible on macOS

This release also adds a full pytest + headless Sublime Text test suite and CI, covering the window-lifecycle code responsible for the crashes above.
