Live health refinement

This alpha removes duplicate Hosted Sites and Proxy Hosts rows from Live health and replaces them with infrastructure-focused reporting.

• Caddy gateway configuration health
• HTTP entry-point readiness on port 80
• HTTPS automation status and active TLS-domain count
• Persistent /data read/write health
• Storage permission failures now appear under Needs attention
• Application version updated to 0.4.0-alpha.2

This is prerelease software. Back up /data before upgrading and keep the admin dashboard on a trusted network.
