  1. The server now has a full backup and restore system. You can actually run the backup as a plugin, but restoration is command line only. This is an important step, since later scheme changes will allow backing up in the previous version and then restore in the new one.
  2. Threading now supports weight and priority
  3. Video encoding tasks, have a high weight, so only one can run at a time, and still allow lower weight tasks to run.
  4. The URL field for tasks has been adjusted to no longer be read-only and it has a new action to extract a url from a URL, encase it has a proxy.
  5. The server has a new check to prevent issues, so if the SQL Model and Table are out of sync, it won't run.
