Fix CI build errors

- Fixed XAML parsing error: escaped ampersand (&amp;) in line 110
- Renamed TextAlignment enum to PrintAlignment to avoid MAUI conflict
- Updated all references across Models, Services, and Pages
- Added double ESC_CODEPAGE_TURKISH for cashier receipts (encoding fix)
