This is the first version of the HL7 Parser and Generator.
Main features of this application are:

• Parse HL7 messages
• Change and Generate data for HL7
• Validate HL7 fields and segments
• Configure default values for timezone and fields
• Save template messages
• Support for many segments, such as MSH, PID, PV1, MRG, OBX, OBR, RXE, RXR
• No need for internet connection
