Terminal manager

  • Role chip: Open session rows now show the agent's role inline — e.g. calm-haze · CTO. Workers with a named identity (getAgentIdentity()) get the chip; orchestrators show nothing.
  • Team grouping: Sessions that are part of the same CC agent team are grouped with a left-border accent, leader row up top, sub-agents indented beneath.
  • Other projects section: Surfaces past CC sessions from all projects (not just the current vault), collapsed by default.

Setup wizard

  • Friendly step labels: "Set up terminal support", "Connect your Claude account", etc.
  • WSL toggle removed — Windows auto-enables WSL at runtime, no manual toggle needed.

Error handling

  • In-pane error banner replaces persistent Notice toasts.
  • Retry, Open setup wizard, and Show details buttons.
  • Human-readable error messages for common PTY failures.
