v0.2.4

Restore browser-local pane layouts per project from the sidebar, Settings, keyboard shortcuts or workspace picker. Includes previous-layout recovery and protection against saving management pages over project layouts. Workspace accents now include single-pane header and editor-focus treatments.

Stock bb reloads once per switch. Uses internal host interfaces; layouts do not sync across devices. Requires bb 0.42+.

Validation: typecheck and plugin build pass. Source matches the frozen installed 0.2.4 runtime source; public docs and lockfile version metadata were cleaned up.
