Shallow routing and Restangular.

Considering Rails documentation under Shallow Nesting section, i would like to know if such scheme can be extended to Restangular.

Basically, this would mean:

• To be able to list / create resources under another one (Index, New, Create).
• But for any resource to be PUT when already having an ID, use another API endpoint. This also applies to DELETE and GET (Basically whenever the ID is known).

How would one accomplish this using Restangular?

Currently we solve this with

.run(['Restangular', (Restangular)->
  Restangular.addElementTransformer('tasks',false, (task) ->
    task.parentResource = null

    task
  )

@Kukunin I dropped Restangular and Angular overall a while ago... The solution you suggest adds huge problems to manipulating collections / children... But I don't remember why exactly :)
