SplatWorks v3.1.35 — LayoutSplat v0.3 and refreshed downloads

Refreshed SplatWorks ecosystem downloads with LayoutSplat v0.3.0 and the official glossy SplatWorks logo. All 16 app/collection ZIPs are rebuilt, including a new standalone LayoutSplat package and the complete five-app SplatWorks suite. Source/runtime license notices and local launchers are included; existing DrawSplat tools and whiteboard keep their branding.

LayoutSplat: 305 designs, descriptive cards with replaceable logos, 42 menu presets, 29 Avery layouts covering 127 product codes, name badges, printer alignment, contextual text-box linking, organized File submenus, embedded font files, and kerning/spacing/scale controls. Improved browser-native Publisher import, legacy Pages XML, PDF-compatible Illustrator, and local EPS/PS artwork import. Native INDD/QXP and modern Pages IWA require interchange exports.

Verification: 36 LayoutSplat workflows, 1,830 template/language models, independent Letter PDF checks, 35 navigation/Wiki/school checks. All 16 extracted packages started in Chromium and Firefox with external requests blocked. Eleven deep import/template/font/merge workflows passed against the compact extracted LayoutSplat package without internet access. ZIP CRCs and measured sizes checked; SHA256SUMS-v3.1.35.txt covers all 16 ZIPs. Advanced text composition fidelity, external desktop app certification, and exhaustive PDF/X validation remain on the roadmap.

The final archives include the font-load redraw correction that preserves pending property edits. All uploaded files were reverified against their SHA-256 digests after that refresh.
