Adding playlist: Failed to create request

Hi @Helloitsme — this turned out to be a server-side issue with the playlist-request backend (the Cloudflare worker that turns submissions into GitHub issues had an expired GitHub token, so every submission was failing with that generic message). It is now fixed. Please give it another try and your editorial-playlist URL should go through. Closing this thread once you confirm. Tracking + post-mortem in #835.
