v3.4.3 — Android Joins the Party
Two long-running phone problems got closed in this release: the Android Home Assistant app refusing to open Beatify, and screens dimming mid-game and disconnecting players.
🤖 Android — Beatify just opens
If you opened Beatify from inside the Home Assistant app on Android and got bounced to an error page, that's fixed. Same icon, same tap, you land on the game.
⏰ Screens stay awake during the game
Phones and tablets used to dim and lock during a round, which dropped admins, players, and the dashboard out of the game. Now Beatify keeps the screen awake while you're playing — on phones, on tablets, on the dashboard. Step away to grab a drink and come back to the game still running.
🧹 One way to set up
The setup screen has been tidied. New users see the friendly step-by-step setup; returning users go straight to the home screen. No more two looks for the same thing.
