4.8.4 — One More Song
The last song of the night gets played, and the host now decides how long each one runs.
⏱ Short clips, long guesses
In the setup wizard the host can let each song play for 10, 15, 20 or 30 seconds while the round keeps running. The music stops, "Song over · keep guessing" shows on the TV and the phones, and the song comes back for the reveal. Thanks to @nirvdrum for the idea.
🎉 The end of the game
- A game could end without playing its last song, most often on Music Assistant. Every round you set up is now played.
- On the end screen, phones kept jumping back to the top and the confetti ran again and again. That now happens once per game.
- Every award says what its number means, and the player who held out longest is the "Last One Standing".
🛠 Around the table
- The points breakdown on the phone matches the score, speed bonus and bets included.
- Party lights keep their WLED preset after a flash, and "off" in the wizard stays off.
- The "Start Round" box for an intro round on the admin page stays until it is clicked. Thanks to @aenkieh for the report.
- Playlists saved from your own library load again, and a song you corrected is not lost while the library is scanned.
🎵 Two new playlists
James Bond Theme Songs, 24 title songs from Dr. No to Spectre, and American Classics · Country & Heartland, 66 songs for the Thanksgiving table, now with YouTube links for every song and Apple Music links that also play outside the US. Broken links are repaired in Disco Funk Classics, Wiesn Party Hits, NDW, Iconic Movie Songs and Disney Hits Deutschland, and Salsa y Merengue gets one more Apple Music link.
