Added

  • Wowbagger — bulk record engine: a Ford agent steers a mechanical worker
pool over canonical JSONL input; chunk publishing as commit, wakeups for
    progress/failure/heartbeat, wowbagger_check preflight, force re-run, per-run
token cost report, opt-in source backup for pod switches. Worker SPI with
LightLlm, Zem (decision per record) and script workers behind a per-call
    model gate.
  • Zem — System-One decision models (kind: decision): ZemService
(prepare/decide), the spawnable zem engine, recipes zem and
command-safety, the zem_decide tool and the vance.zem script API.
  • Wonko — review loop engine with question sets, a review register and a
check queue against reference documents; free messages are routed (answer
questions instead of re-reviewing), work goes to a worker, follow-ups
    re-enter the intake.
  • Questions document kind — questionnaires with a chat wizard (web) and a
line wizard (foot); ASK_USER goes out as a questions fence.
  • Nutrimat — loop lab: AbstractNutrimat turn shell, loop natures
(janx, redbull, clubmate, salitos, absint and the coffee family), loop judge,
//nutrimat control plane, loop narration and an interim working log.
  • Trillian Next-Gen — home, identity, model gate, schedules and own
sessions; conversation heads (multi-head natures) and the exposure door: an
agents MCP at POST /brain/{tenant}/agents with gate, long-poll and idle
    close.
  • OAuth 2.1 authorization server for the MCP doors (issuer per tenant,
consent, rotating refresh tokens with replay revocation, DCR + CIMD) and a
browser login for foot (/login --browser).
  • Project MCP door — POST /brain/{tenant}/mcp/{project} with a fixed
    doc_* allow-list regulated by _vance/config/mcp-access.yaml.
  • Resource leases — quota funnel global/tenant/project/user, lease
definitions as config documents, check-at-use TTL and revoke handlers.
  • Settings panel — guided settings surface per scope (setting forms,
settings-doc kinds, raw editor) with management areas for mounts, feed
sources, AI models, recipes, chat/report themes, engine prompts, scheduler,
workflows, hooks, guards and wizards; context help per area and an actions
tab (AdminAction SPI). Replaces the scopes page.
  • Desktop app (facelift) — agent tools client_file_*/client_exec_* with
sandbox policy, workdir confinement and a per-account master switch; MCP tool
    packs (stdio passthrough, per-project pack home, per-account credentials);
live tabs per profile with keyboard shortcuts and swipe navigation.
  • Skills — activation levels, available-skills list, recipe
    advertisedSkills, categories, skill_clear/skill_fire, lifecycle turn
as default, skills handed to delegated workers, bundled coding skills; /skill
    and /ui-skill in foot.
  • Scribble — handwriting sheets (kind: scribble) and the scribblebook
app: print, OCR + PDF export, sheet image for vision models and agent drawing
    tools.
  • Designer app — design collections with a sandboxed live preview and a
    design-skill catalogue.
  • Hotblack — audio service: TTS, STT, music, audio analysis
(audio_analyze) and local ffmpeg edit tools (trim/mix/concat/convert/info).
  • Fenchurch — dedicated OpenRouter image provider and image_edit
    (image-to-image).
  • Shooty — guard handlers as Java defaults and a TOOL point (danger gate
    for exec_run).
  • Chat — recipe-driven chat themes (webTheme), ArrowUp input history,
an active message queue (send while the engine works), tool teasers in
    progress events.
  • Prompt caching — provider-agnostic cache measurement, history breakpoint
(SYSTEM_AND_TOOLS_AND_TAIL), prompt-cache tokens in the usage statistics.
  • Per-scope HOME for agent subprocesses and a sealed subprocess
    environment on both exec surfaces.
  • Session-mode chat identities for Hactar, Vogon and Marvin over a shared
    session-loop control kernel.
  • Zarniwoop — exa/firecrawl/searxng search sources, research-source
document kind and research-routing setting form.
  • Scheduler document kind with form view and template; path-based kind
    defaults on doc_write.
  • Cortex — quick-open (⌘O/⌘P), audio/video player in the preview.
  • Doc tools — doc/file parity: If-Match chain, doc_count,
    doc_head_tail, doc_find filters.
  • Light-LLM vision support; glm-5.3 family and new cortecs models in the
    model catalog.

Changed

  • User hubs get a home pod — only _tenant stays homeless. Existing
databases: switch hub projects from HOMELESS to AUTO by hand.
  • The OAuth client moved from /oauth to /oauth-client.
  • Dependency updates: langchain4j 1.20, langgraph4j 1.8.27, jline 4.4.3
(security), tiptap 3.31.3 (prosemirror-view XSS fix), mermaid 12 (pinned to
    the dagre layout), vitest 5.

Fixed

  • Marvin renders CALL_RECIPE results into the phase message (#61).
  • Zaphod synthesis turn gets a timeout and a voice (#60).
  • Inbox shows the read state per message (#64).
  • Resolved API keys are masked in config record toString().
  • Session bootstrap answers 409 when another pod holds the project.
  • Byte-exact work_file_from_doc export for binary documents.
