Adds Platform Administration UI-based permissions/invitations and
Tenant/Service Account creation to Suite Home, and Catalog campaign,
scorecard, views/filters and connector updates to the accordion.
Mirrors the v15.0.0 entry style with a short summary of the Suite
Home and Catalog changes shipped in this preview release.
…er Invitations

Simplifies the phrasing, moves service account creation under
Platform Administration, and drops the standalone Tenant/Service
Account creation subsection.
