What changed

  • Restores GitHub repository detection from gh skill install metadata, install locks, package/plugin metadata, explicit Skill links, and local Git remotes.
  • Fetches and verifies a GitHub repository preview image when repository evidence is available, including recovery from partial README responses. Family and plugin aggregate cards keep the strongest verified member image.
  • Adds an Agent-owned Chinese description queue. The first build returns exit code 3 while descriptions need review; after the invoking Agent writes catalog-curation.json and reruns with --refresh --require-complete-descriptions, the build returns 0.
  • Keeps maintainer-only evaluation and report files outside the GitHub-installed Skill boundary. The installable package contains 21 runtime files.
  • Adds bilingual GitHub Pages metadata and discovery files: canonical URLs, hreflang, Open Graph/Twitter metadata, JSON-LD, robots.txt, sitemap.xml, and llms.txt.
