Agent Skill Catalog v0.3.5 improves public discovery and keeps the install entry concise without changing the read-only catalog safety model.

Changes

  • Adds the exact local skill catalog discovery phrase to the English first screen.
  • Clarifies the trigger for Codex and other AI agents, including GitHub preview images.
  • Reduces the installable Skill entry below the Yao Meta initial-load budget while preserving the resumable description queue and read-only boundaries.
