What changed

• Moved the canonical, discoverable and installable Skill to skills/ai-ecommerce-workflow/.
• Added VERSION, LICENSE, package metadata, interface metadata, and the reusable runtime references to that package boundary.
• Added deterministic package validation and clean-install checks; evaluation fixtures, reports, documentation, scripts, media, and security evidence remain source-only.
• Updated the bilingual README and GitHub Pages discovery surfaces for the v1.1.1 package path.

Install asset

• ai-ecommerce-workflow-v1.1.1.zip is the standalone install archive.
• ai-ecommerce-workflow-v1.1.1.zip.sha256 is its SHA-256 checksum.
• GitHub-generated source archives are repository snapshots, not the install asset.

Migration and boundaries

• v1.1.0 used the former repository-root SKILL.md; v1.1.1 uses the standard skills/ai-ecommerce-workflow/SKILL.md discovery path.
• The Skill performs public-market research and editable listing preparation. It does not log in to seller centers, access protected pages, publish listings, or guarantee sales.
