OmniSIM 1.3.0

OmniSIM 1.3.0 聚焦费用可见性、官方汇率覆盖和设置体验。本次更新加入实际支出统计、
续费价格变化、欧洲央行与欧盟委员会双官方汇率来源，以及更完整的货币支持。

本次更新

费用与汇率

  • “使用情况”新增最近 30 天和最近 365 天实际支出，按续费历史中的原币种分别统计。
  • SIM 详情新增最近两次同币种续费价格变化，便于发现涨价或降价。
  • 合计换算优先使用欧洲央行每日参考汇率，并以欧盟委员会 InforEuro 月度汇率补充更多币种。
  • 当前官方数据中的 152 个货币代码均可离线识别；Android 尚未内置的 XCG、ZIG 等代码也可选择、保存和恢复。
  • 货币选择器明确标注每日、月度和暂无参考汇率状态；缺少汇率的费用不会被错误计入合计。
  • 汇率刷新会区分网络、服务和无效数据问题，并继续使用最近一次有效缓存。

设置与使用体验

  • 设置首页现在直接显示主题与语言、通知状态、提醒节点、备份状态和应用版本摘要。
  • Android 12 以下设备会明确说明动态颜色不可用。
  • “即将到期”状态阈值与通知提醒时间的用途说明更加清晰。
  • 应用内更新内容改为结构化显示，自动检查发现的新版本只在首页提示。
  • 中英文隐私说明已更新，明确列出欧洲央行和欧盟委员会公开汇率服务。

稳定性与测试

  • 官方汇率合并、解析、缓存迁移、错误状态和货币覆盖新增单元测试。
  • 实际支出、价格变化、发布说明解析和更新提示路由新增单元测试。
  • 新增官方货币代码可通过 SIM 保存、备份和恢复流程，并继续拒绝无效货币代码。

隐私与网络

SIM 信息、手机号码、续费日期、费用、备注和历史记录仍保存在设备本地。OmniSIM 不要求
账号，不包含广告、分析、遥测、崩溃上报、远程日志或用户追踪。

网络仅用于获取欧洲中央银行每日参考汇率、欧盟委员会 InforEuro 月度汇率、读取 OmniSIM
的 GitHub 正式版本信息，以及在用户确认后通过外部浏览器下载更新或打开续费网站。这些
请求不会上传 SIM 数据。因联网范围说明更新，升级后需要重新确认用户协议和隐私政策。

安装与升级

  1. 下载 OmniSIM-1.3.0-release.apk。
  2. 使用同目录的 OmniSIM-1.3.0-release.apk.sha256 校验下载完整性。
  3. 已安装 GitHub 正式版 1.2.0 的用户可直接覆盖安装，现有本地数据会保留。

若设备上安装的是 Debug 或其他证书签名的测试包，Android 不允许直接覆盖。请先导出备份，
卸载旧包，安装正式版后再恢复备份。最低系统版本为 Android 6.0（API 23）。

OmniSIM 1.3.0 improves cost visibility, official exchange-rate coverage, and Settings.

Highlights

  • Usage now shows actual renewal spend for the last 30 and 365 days, grouped in
    the currencies originally recorded.
  • SIM details show the latest same-currency renewal price change.
  • Combined estimates use ECB daily reference rates with European Commission
    InforEuro monthly rates for additional currencies.
  • All 152 currency codes in the current official data set are recognized offline,
    including codes such as XCG and ZIG that older Android currency data may not know.
  • The currency picker labels daily, monthly, and unavailable reference-rate support;
    unsupported costs are excluded instead of being converted incorrectly.
  • Refresh failures distinguish network, service, and invalid-data errors while keeping
    the latest valid cached rates available offline.
  • Settings summaries now expose theme, language, notification, reminder, backup, and
    version status more clearly.
  • Release notes are rendered as structured content, and automatic update prompts stay
    on Home.
  • Tests cover official-rate merging, cache migration, currency persistence, actual
    spend, price changes, update routing, and backup round trips.

SIM records remain local. OmniSIM does not require an account and includes no ads,
analytics, telemetry, crash reporting, remote logging, or user tracking. Network access
is limited to public ECB and European Commission rates, official GitHub release metadata,
and links explicitly opened by the user. The updated network disclosure requires renewed
acceptance of the user agreement and privacy policy after upgrading.

Install and upgrade

Download OmniSIM-1.3.0-release.apk and verify it with the accompanying .sha256 file.
Official GitHub version 1.2.0 can be upgraded in place without losing local data. Debug
or differently signed builds must be backed up and uninstalled before installing the
official release. Android 6.0 (API 23) or newer is required.
