A single 1px accent line to tell your windows apart. Like Peacock, but quieter — instead of repainting the whole window chrome, Pinstripe draws one hairline of color.

- The first time you open a workspace, Pinstripe offers to pick an accent color for it (can be disabled).
- By default the line is drawn as an underline at the top of the window (title bar); use "Choose Line Placement" to also draw it on the activity bar, sidebar, panel, or status bar.
- The color is stored in the workspace's
.vscode/settings.json, so each project keeps its own color. - Pinstripe only ever touches the border keys it manages (
statusBar.border,titleBar.border, …) insideworkbench.colorCustomizations— your other customizations are left alone.
