Bug Fixes

• Graph rebuild on note save — replaced the blanket 10 s debounce with a _pending_rebuild flag that fires rebuildGraph only after metadataCache:resolved, so the graph updates promptly when the cache finishes processing a save rather than waiting an arbitrary delay.

Build

• ES2022 targets — TypeScript target and esbuild target both updated from ES6/ES2020 to ES2022, matching the minimum Electron version Obsidian ships.
• tsconfig aligned with Obsidian Svelte docs — added verbatimModuleSyntax, skipLibCheck, and **/*.svelte to include; trimmed redundant lib entries (ES5/ES6/ES7) superseded by ES2022; added --tsconfig flag to svelte-check script.
