What's new:

• Dynamic rules can now compare a value with another entity selected directly in the visual editor.
• The editor now shows Reference value for regular comparisons and separate Reference min / Reference max sections for between.
• Reference values can use metadata paths and offsets, for example comparing a room dew point with a supply temperature minus 2 degrees.
