Fix
- The update notice's hover summary showed a release-notes section heading ("Fixes …") instead of the first actual change, which told you nothing about whether the update mattered. It now takes the first real change bullet. Found by replaying the live release notes through the parser — the previous tests used stubbed data and never exercised the real shape.
Update: unzip over the same folder, then hit ↻ on chrome://extensions. Settings are kept.
修复：更新提示的悬停摘要取到的是发布说明里的分节标题（"Fixes…"），而不是真正的变更内容。现在取第一条变更条目。（用真实发布说明回放才发现——之前测试用的是桩数据。）
