- SELECT metadata for the runtime-minted ship-stage-hygiene-check stub — cycle-1262's scout window minted an empty phase.json, ship's whole-tree bind swept it into tracking, and the repo-wide catalog guard (TestPhaseCatalog_OptionalPhasesHaveSelectMetadata) went RED on main both platforms while per-cycle changed-scope never selected internal/phasespec (scope-disease costume #4 — filed as TIA enforce-flip evidence). Honest metadata describes the reserved intent (pre-ship manifest reconciliation) and marks it a config stub with no gates wired; guard demanded metadata-not-allowlist. RED at 37bc664 -> GREEN with phasespec+phasecoherence. Residual queued: phase-mint-carries-select-metadata 0.85 (make the MINTER satisfy the catalog contract). (#404)
- deflake channel e2e — positive boot sync + advancing supervisor clock. The ClaudeSpan e2e synced on a bare 20ms sleep for 'driver has seeked the inbox to EOF'; a late-scheduled driver goroutine (loaded macOS CI runner) seeked AFTER the supervisor's append, the ask was skipped forever, the self-paced fake tmux never advanced, and the frozen injected clock meant Supervisor.Ask's 10s deadline could structurally never fire — 10-minute package-timeout panic instead of a diagnosis. Proof matrix under an induced 50ms driver delay: old code HANGS (reproduces CI), advancing clock alone fails crisp in 5s with ErrResponseTimeout, positive sync (poll for build-pane.live, created strictly AFTER the cursor seek in the same goroutine) PASSES x10 -race in 2s. Test-only diff; sibling e2es audited safe (their feed appends are unconditional). (#403)

Fingerprints (corporate approval)
The recommended macOS artifact is the universal evolve_darwin_all.tar.gz (a lipo'd x86_64 + arm64 fat binary) — one fingerprint covering both Intel and Apple Silicon. SHA256 checksums for every published artifact are in the checksums.txt release asset. (The per-arch evolve_darwin_amd64.tar.gz / evolve_darwin_arm64.tar.gz archives remain published for existing installs, each with its own distinct hash — approve the universal one.)
To adopt this release under a fingerprint-based approval system:
