v0.5.69

Nothing in this release changes what conclave does. One dev-dependency bump, and nothing
else. Installing it is optional, and if you are on 0.5.68 there is no reason to.

Dev dependency

@types/node from 26.6.3 to 26.6.5. Types only — it is not shipped, it is not loaded at
runtime, and no source file changed to accommodate it.

Why a release for this

So that the installed version and the tagged tree are the same thing. The alternative is a
tag whose package-lock.json differs from what anyone running conclave actually has, which
costs more to reason about later than a release costs to cut now.
