First release

This is the interaction viewer as used in EBI's Complex Portal.

Changes since beta version:

• avoid some issues with SVG export
• added expand/collapse all
• restrict uniprot annotations to domains

Not yet suitable for viewing experimental evidence (e.g. from Intact).
