Alt-/ is documented, just not in the core keybindings page. It comes from the built-in comment plugin, whose help topic is > help comment.

That page calls it the default comment/uncomment binding and also lists CtrlUnderscore, which is equivalent to Ctrl-/ in most terminals. The plugin registers Alt-/ as lua:comment.comment during initialization; that separate plugin registration explains why it is absent from the static core binding table in help keybindings.

You can bind another key to lua:comment.comment, or run > comment directly. The same help text and binding are present in both current master and v2.0.15.
