RStudio Server SIF

The SIF image is published to Docker Hub as an OCI/ORAS artifact.

Pull with ORAS

oras pull docker.io/microdm/rstudio-server-oma:v1.0

This downloads rstudio_server.sif into the current directory.

Verify the SIF checksum

sha256sum -c rstudio_server.sif.sha256

Verify finriskR

apptainer exec rstudio_server.sif Rscript -e \
  "packageVersion('finriskR')"

Run the container

apptainer run rstudio_server.sif
