THRESHER v0.2.1-beta

This beta release fixes important bugs for the strain identifier to keep things running.

Bug Fixes

Strain Identifier Improvements

  1. GenBank Accession Handling: Fixed an issue where study genomes with GenBank accessions were not properly excluded from the global genome set
  2. Download Validation: Validate downloaded global genomes against expected list to exclude comparisons involving unavailable GenBank global genomes, as NCBI availability varies over time
  3. Patient ID Parsing: Plotting scripts now correctly handle non-integer patient IDs
  4. Minor fixes
