Fixed bugs:
- Sometimes the programme got stuck playing the last beep before it started the data recording
- In cases when there is an issue before the data collection is done (a power reset, or the bug above), the log would end up with an empty entry for an activity number without data, with this fix it only logs the "activity x" row when the data is ready to be saved at the last stage
- Pressing A+B while logging triggered the next data collection to be queued, which it then started immediately after the last one finished
