[Toolkits] Tweaks to toolkit content

Notes from my review to be fixed in the CMS or split out into own issues:

• logic > if/elif
  • code pop-up overlaps button (split out)
  • same for "nested if"
• almost all drop-down text needs review (raise with Giles)
  • discussed, we're going to review once we've reconsidered design here
• use of bold is visually distracting (raise with Giles)
• accelerometer about-2000 space after period
• new bug: must preserve position for back! hide rather than re-render or use mini carousel (split out)
  • [Toolkits] Preserve toolkit scroll position when moving back a level #334
• is this weird?
  
  • Started internal discussion, will track there and feed into design if required.
• image + dropdown -> poor redraw
  • will be addressed by [Toolkit] Set image dimensions in portable text to avoid reflow on image load #329
• Pins write digital spacing before (no electricity
• pi and e has issue with inconsistent bold.
• bitwise has inconsistent capitalisation
• Testing strings > uppercase has stray empty para
• Line break needed in searching strings > last occurrence
• Print character from ASCII value > Here the letter'b'
