Microchip TFA v1.0.0 release

Description

This is the first release of "Trusted Firmware for ARM" (TFA) from Microchip. It is based upon the "ARM Trusted Firmware" software from ARM Ltd.

The Microchip version adds support for some specific products and development boards.
