Fields with ObsoleteState Removed should no longer be included in Xliff file

In case you've deleted fields via the 'ObsoleteState = Removed' property, the fieldcaption is still included in the g.xliff file, while this field is no longer in use by the app and thus needs no translation effort from the translation agent.

Either delete the trans-unit id from the g.xlf file for the above fields, either mark them with 'Translate = No' (same as for locked labels)

The fix for this issue has been checked in to the master branch. It will be available in the bcinsider.azurecr.io/bcsandbox-master Docker image starting from platform build number 39088.
