Refactor AL MCP server setup after latest update

A few things changed in the latest version:

• stdio transport support. This helps us simplify the code, we had do separate things before to launch, now dnx can be used and directly pass into coding agent.
• project paths is now different, need some refactoring.

Copilot fix the Claude code evaluation workflow, it should be similar to copilots, probably missing an option in the python command
