Audited and corrected the code-review gold answers. Fixed genuine false positives, redundant and factually-incorrect comments, and low-quality comment bodies.

Rebuilt the upgrade "delta" findings (type / primary-key / field-number / enum-ordinal changes) on real BCApps 29.0 objects so they are actually derivable from the diff. Also removed one phantom finding that referenced a non-existent baseline.

Because the code-review gold set changed, code-review results from 0.7.0 cannot be aggregated with earlier versions.
