[Bug]: "Authentication Email" is not visible on the onprem User List

Describe the issue

Field "Authentication Email" is only visible for SaaS customers on "page 9800 Users"
Since onprem can also use oauth authentification, we should show this for onprem customers as well.

See the specific code line, i suggest to remove

Expected behavior

We should be able to see "Authentication Email" disregarding if it is SaaS or onPrem
