This PR increases the frequency of scheduled benchmark runs from once weekly to twice daily on weekdays. The change updates the GitHub Actions workflow cron schedule to run benchmarks at 8 AM and 8 PM Monday through Friday, instead of only at midnight on Sundays.
- Modified cron schedule from
"0 0 * * 0"(Sunday midnight) to"0 8,20 * * 1-5"(8AM and 8PM, Monday-Friday)

Previously Sunday midnight (once a week), now 8AM and 8PM Monday to Friday (bookending each working day).
