- Making use of embedded pdb support to improve AOT debugging support
- We still need to publish symbols to the symbol server, so using Microsoft.DiaSymReader.Pdb2Pdb to extract the embedded pdb and place it in the output folder
- Updating default for CsWinRTIIDOptimizerOptOut to be disabled by default given it is not used in generated projections anymore
